Expect a comfortable, welcoming class that will be appropriate for all ages and abilities. The instructor will teach you the fundamental pilates movement priciples and lead you through a full-body pilates workout.

Arrive a few minutes early. Be dressed in comfortable clothes that you can move in and clean bare feet. The class is 60 minutes and friends are welcome to join you. Please bring a mat and be prepared for a great class!
