Every week we will "meetup" in a new East Bay Park for a guided 1-hour Pilates Mat class focusing on alignment, control, balance, conditioning and of course, core strength. I am starting this group because I love teaching Pilates and now that its spring I'm excited to get outside and enjoy the good weather! No previous Pilates experience necessary!
