Hi! This meetup is basically free Pilates classes on the Bluff for May and June. We participate in Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold, and PiYo classes led by a highly qualified instructor. The classes are smaller than those you'd find at most gyms. Participants are fun and enthusiastic and span a wide range of age, fitness, and experience levels. Anyone interested in laughing, meeting nice people and getting fit should join us!
