Our Postpartum Rehabilitation Program will incorporate work on the ball, the reformer, and the mat. The sessions will concentrate on strengthening and toning key areas like the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, safely and with minimal impact. Come join us for fun and exercise, Monday mornings at Encore Gym. This class is designed for Moms and their babies 2 months-2 1/2 years.
