This is an intense low/no impact cardio/pilates class performed in barefeet with an emphasis on spinal alignment and core engagement. It applies movement principals of Pilates, Alexander Technique and yoga to increase body awareness. It utilizes functional movements and pilates exercises using your body weight only. This class is an excellent class for those seeking a challanging cross-training experience. Beginners welcome.
