This group was formed to connect like minded people. We are a small yoga center in the heart of Spring Lake. We will offer daily, weekly and monthly classes and workshops. We will also be forming some new groups and classes. Whether you are new or seasoned to yoga, thai massage, reiki or meditation this group is for you.
