We are a group of Pilates Trainers, meeting to continue to build and celebrate a strong Pilates Community within Austin and Central Texas. At this point in time membership is open to Pilates Trainers who are currently teaching or are studying to be Pilates trainers.

My outdoor fitness class consists of multiple circuit stations which include: muscle strength and endurance, core, balance, unilateral strength, pilates, flexibility, basic plyometrics and yoga. It is appropriate for all fitness levels, men and women. Bring a mat, towel and water bottle. This is a one hour class that is held on Monday and Thursday mornings at 5:30 am.
